Scottsdale Auto Salon - The Facility

Car buffs who want kid-glove treatment for their vehicles will have a new option when the Scottsdale Auto
Salon opens in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Business Park.

The carwash, convenience store, cafe and gasoline station is at 9393 E. Bell Road. It will offer an array of
car-care services, including hand washing, and a VIP lounge with closed-circuit TVs so that discriminating
drivers can keep an eye on the detailed car care.

Scottsdale Auto Salon will include Valero gas pumps with standard fuel grades and a separate brand of
100-octane racing fuel for high-performance automobiles.

The Scottsdale Auto Salon, built on 5.5 acres, includes 8,100 square feet of space for the convenience
store, a cafe with free wireless Internet service, a cigar humidor and a VIP lounge with plasma screen TVs.

The carwash offers four options:

• An express exterior wash in which the driver stays in the vehicle through an automatic-wash tunnel. Prices
start at $6.

• A full-service wash through a 150-foot-long automatic-wash tunnel, with interior cleaning, starting at
$11.99. This service can accommodate stretch limousines.

• A full-service wash for recreational vehicles, buses, boats and all-terrain vehicles.

• A hand-wash and detailing service in private bays.

Consumers across the Northeast Valley can choose from self-service carwashes on up to hand-washing
facilities with lots of ancillary products and services.

Scottsdale Auto Salon has the advantage of being close to the affluent neighborhoods of DC Ranch,
Grayhawk and McDowell Mountain Ranch. Plus, it is just north of WestWorld, site of the Barrett-Jackson
Collector Car Auction and other car shows.

The salon also showcases exotic cars in an outdoor display area.
